Larry is responsible for managing AP's relationship with television groups while supervising AP's Regional Television Executives who serve our member TV stations and regional cable news channels in the U. S.
Price joined AP in 1994 as a Regional Television Executive, based in Boston. In his first year, he was named AP Television's sales person of the year and two years later was promoted to Television Sales Manager. In 1999, he was named Director of TV/Cable Syndication, responsible for AP’s relationship with cable networks and syndicated TV programs.
Prior to starting his career with AP, Larry worked 25 years in broadcast journalism—15 of those years as a local television news director in five markets: Portland, Maine; Albany, NY; Providence, RI; New Orleans and Minneapolis. Before managing newsrooms, he worked as a photographer, reporter for radio and TV, television anchor, assignment editor, producer, executive producer and assistant news director in Syracuse, NY, Columbus, Ohio and Houston.

Born in Medina, NY in 1947, Larry is a 1969 graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in television-radio and a minor in political science. He has been married to his wife Charlene since 1970 and they have three adult children—a daughter and two sons. When he is not working, his passions are writing and baseball.
Carol Robinson
Director of Groups/Networks/Syndication
Carol is responsible for maintaining AP’s relationship on a corporate level for over 30 domestic radio groups, and oversees AP’s state radio networks and radio syndication business.Carol joined AP in 1983 and has held several positions within the Broadcast department, including the Regional Radio Executive for the Mid-Atlantic territory. Prior to her current position, Carol was the Regional Sales Manager for commercial radio stations in Arbitron ranked markets 75 +, with a field sales staff based in Los Angeles, Dallas, Detroit, Kansas City, Knoxville and Philadelphia.
Before joining the AP, she held positions at Sirota and Alper Associates, a management consulting firm in New York City specializing in industrial psychology, and at Pentagram Design, a graphic design consulting firm also in New York City. She is a graduate of City University of New York.
Susan Spaulding
Director of Radio Groups and Internet Sales
As the director of radio groups and Internet sales, Susan oversees AP's relationships on a corporate level for 13 of the top radio groups in the country and handles AP's Internet sales to the radio industry. In her sixteen years at AP, she has worked as a broadcast executive based in San Francisco covering the West Coast, and a regional radio representative in Chicago covering the Midwest. Susan moved to AP Broadcast headquarters in 1995 as the manager of national radio sales. She was named director of radio sales in 1997 and director of radio groups and Internet sales in 1999.

Kevin Dalton

Kevin has been with AP since 1998. In his current role he oversees all radio sales and member services initiatives for all radio markets in the Eastern region. During his AP career he has earned numerous sales awards, and was named AP Radio Salesperson of the Year in 2004.
Before joining AP, Kevin worked in the advertising, media and radio industries as a media analyst, a radio station sales executive in Michigan and Virginia, and later as a station general sales manager and general manger in Pennsylvania and Virginia. He holds a B.A. in advertising from Michigan State University.
PJ McCarthy
Director of Radio Sales – Western Region

PJ started with AP in November of 2005. In his current role as the Director of Sales for the Western US Radio Division, he is responsible for all radio markets west of Chicago. PJ works closely with 5 Regional Radio Executives to advance AP content for both on-air and online programming.
Prior to joining AP, PJ held similar positions at Marketron Business Systems, Broadcastspots.com, and The Arbitron Company. He started his career in broadcasting at CBS Radio in Chicago.
PJ currently resides in the mountains outside Salt Lake City with his wife, 2 labs and horses and works out of the Salt Lake City Bureau.
